Female Film Club pays homage to the dissident, underground culture of the 1960’s and 70’s. Associated with bikers, high-fashion and punk rock, the leather jackets, gloves and helmets are subversive, hyper-masculine and totally queer items of clothing – the combination of leather and chrome fetishising the wearer as it simultaneously inducts them into 'the club'.
